最近、ヨガを始めました。

マドンナとかがやってるパワーヨガとか、オシャレな方ではなく、ヨーガの方です。

30人くらいいる、お年寄りの中で一緒に瞑想してます。

１時間半あるレッスンの中で、皆さん次々眠りについてしまい、動かなくなります。

それくらいリラックスできる?

ヨガはいいですね・・・
