東京日記 〜癒し編〜

こんばんは、しなえです。
ブログを更新しそびれてて日にちがあいてしまいましたが、東京の興奮がいまだ醒めません。

初日、いちばん最初に訪れた場所。

マンダリン・オリエンタル東京のスパ。

日本で最高と言われ、お値段もかなりのもの。
前日、というか当日の早朝まで仕事しててほぼ徹夜状態の我々、爆睡して気づいたら終わってた、じゃもったいないよな〜と少々不安だったのですが…

スゴかった!!!!

何がスゴいって、「手」!!!!

トリートメントが始まった瞬間。
セラピストさんの手のひらから伝わってくる、癒しのオーラというかパワーに、感動!!

私が今まで受けた癒しサロンでのマッサージ(←数は多くないですが)、ついつい冷静お仕事モードになってしまい、「楽になった」「勉強になった」とは思っても、心底「気持ちいい」と思ったことはなかった。
それが、ここへ来てやっと。
｢リラクゼーションとはこういうものだ！｣と初めて、教えていただいた気がしました。

あのトリートメントに、どれほどの集中力、精神力が必要か。
私の職業をきいて、「それは…お疲れですよね」と笑ってらっしゃいましたが、私が一回の施術につかうパワーなんて、彼女のそれに比べたらカスみたいなもんじゃないでしょうか。

セラピストにとってだいじなのは体力と集中力、だと思います。
もっともっと、精神を鍛えなくては。
あの「手」は、私にはまだ遠い。
よし、がんばろう。
