減ってゆく体重に危機感をおぼえ、とにかく食べることにした今週。
無事、元どおりになりました[GOOD!]
(体重計ないんですが、多分)

いっぱい食べて体にエネルギーが満ちてると、マッサージも安定してうまくできる気がします。
心も満たされ上機嫌♪
(空腹時の私は近づくと危険です)

ですがちょっとやりすぎたのか、最近「食っても食っても腹が減る」状態。

寝る→目が覚める→食べる→寝る

お休みの日はこの無限ループにはまってます。
満腹中枢が壊れてるとしか思えません。

でも、幸せなんですよねえ…(*_*)◇
このまま冬眠できそうです[雪]

    私も(？)冬場はお腹がよくすきます(^_^;最近お腹が少し成長したかも…腹筋も全然やらなくなったしやばいなぁ。
