営業再開、初日を終えての感想

おはようございます、しなえです。

昨日より、KUNIの営業を再開いたしました。

早速来てくださった皆様、ありがとうございました◇

お休み中も、スタッフは技術研修のためいつもどおりKUNIに来てました。

研修は指導する方もされる方も、かなりの集中力と体力をつかいます。

が、実際お客様をおむかえするというのは、それ以上のものがあります。

今日は私も含め、全員めちゃめちゃ緊張してました;;

｢お客様に満足していただけるだけの施術とおもてなしができるだろうか…？｣

結果的には、あたふたすることもなく皆様に笑顔で帰っていただくことができ、無事に初日が終わりました(*_*)

「満足していただけるだろうか」という新人の頃のような気持ち。
お客様一人ひとりに対して、不安ではなく緊張感として、今日よりどれだけ時間がたっても、その気持ちを持ち続けていきたいです。
そして、自分にできる精一杯のことをさせて頂く。
それがKUNIのスタッフとしての仕事だと思います。

    ちなみに私個人は正直者というより小心者で、ウソついてうまいことやろうとすると挙動不審になりすぐバレます。
