  18. Cyclone [Maximuscle]: Used it for 2 months and noticed good results after first 10 days of working hard in gym. I find it a good alternative to measuring out creatine and protein mix seperately but hey these products are all about convenience right I take it for brekky each day but it takes discipline to not still snack as it doesnt fill you up by any means. I feel more full if mix it with a banana, glass of fresh orange, 1 activia and 1 actimel each morning. It takes about 5 mins and makes me feel healthy but who knows. Good luck.
