経済評論家の勝間和代さんが新聞で連載してる「人生を変えるコトバ」というコラムを欠かさず読んでます。

その中で「努力不足が被害者意識を生む」　というコトバがありました。

努力不足の人は自分の落ち度や失敗を必ず誰かに責任転換をし、あたかも自分が被害者かのように責任転換した人の悪口を言いふらす。　　という事です。

言ったもん勝ちというとこでしょうか。

周りに必ずこういう人、一人はいるハズ。

以前の私もそうだったかも・・・

自分に起きた事は全て自分の責任。

原因があって、結果がある。

 

上司の責任でも、会社の責任でもない。　全てはあなた次第なんですよぉ～。
