ダイエットの結果を
ぉ話しょぉかな？

いちぉずっと
続けてるのわ続けてました
(笑)

たまに
ょなかに食べちゃったり(笑)
しましたけど
基本
そーゆーのナシです

そしたら
減ってました(*^-‘)b
２キロ!!

体脂肪も減ってました♪

順調×２デス
(｀・ω´・)ｂ
このまま
水着の季節まで
ダイエット
続けますョ〜♥♥♥♥
