でも 『食べたい』 という衝動は、自分のただの思い込みだ。 と思うので
これを買って、みた。
一日三食という固定概念から逸脱せねば・・・
一週間くらいは、たまたま昼ごはん食べれないくらい忙しい日々だったので乗り越えたけど 休日はついつい・・・
だったら、食べることに対する執着をなくす意味でもこれを読んでみた。
読んだらほんとに怖くて市販のものが食べれないです。
成分表示ばっか見て買い物するので、時間がかかる。
でもまあ・・ おかげで、依存してた菓子パンを買うのをピタっとやめました。
今週は自炊が多かったです。
最後はやっぱり猫村さんに頼む事にしました。
