最後のパレード

本屋にいった時、何気に一冊の本に目がとまりました。

その本のタイトルは「最後のパレード」。ディズニーランドで本当にあった心温まる話・・・と紹介されていました。

なんとなく買って読んでみると、号泣の嵐でした・゜・(PД｀q｡)・゜・

その中の話でこんなのがありました。

子供を病気で亡くした夫婦が、子供の命日にディズニーランドに二人でいったそうです。その二人は子供が生まれたら、ディズニーランドに連れて行ってあげたいとずっと思っていたそうです。レストランに入り子供用にお子様ランチを注文してあげたかったそうですが、本来は子供のみ。事情を知ったレストランの方が、まるで二人の子供がいるように、三人席に案内してくれ、子供用の椅子にお子様ランチを用意してくれたそうです。

こんな、マニュアルを超えた優しいサービスもあるんだ、と。とっても感動しました。

この本の作者は、パソコンにはハードディスクと言う装置がありますが、人間には「ハートディスク」という装置があると考えているそうです。そこに、幸せな記憶を丁寧にインプットしていくのがディズニーランドのキャストの役目だと書いていました。

私も接客の仕事をしていますが、こんな風に素敵なサービスを出来るようになりたいです。仕事だけでなく、普段の生活でもこういう事は心がけたいと思いました。

本当に素敵な本でした。
