前回は「正しいやわらの入り方」をご紹介しましたが、実行されてる方が少ないようなので今回は・・・
「正しいやわらの過ごし方」を説明します。
まず、やわらでは、30分以上のコースの方に足湯をさせていただいております。
お湯に足をつけ、バタバタバタバタバタバタ～と バタ足を軽く数回ご堪能後、
各お部屋のベッドでうつ伏せになり、エアクロール。
折り返し地点のターンで仰向けになり、エア背泳。
そして最後はやわら突き当たり 一番奥の窓 手前部分で カエル審査員長からの成績発表待ち。
上位3名には、さらに奥の秘密の窓の向こう側で洗濯物を取り込み。。。 フィニッシュ!
物干しまでの15mは、ウォーターサーバーと棚の間に挟まってるスリッパをご利用ください。
この時、間違って赤のぞうりの方を使いそうになりますが、それは志苗たんのです。
入選商品は、スタッフルームのおしぼりキャビの前にお菓子フルセットとドリンクをご用意いたしております。
