喉につまる

食べ物で、喉につまる感じのものがあまり好きではないです。

メロンパンとか、バナナ、カボチャ、ジャガイモなど・・

口中の水分を一気に吸い取られてしまう。

しかし形が変われば、大好きな物に変身します。
例えば

バナナ　→ジュース
カボチャ　→タルト
ジャガイモ　→フライドポテト

ただ、メロンパンだけは形を変えれないです。

でも喉につまる物は
手っ取り早くお腹を満たしてくれる気もします。
ダイエット向きなんかなぁ・・・

    やはり細かくして少しずつ、十分咀嚼しながら食べるのが健康的かと(＾＾)ﾉｼ
